Lissie - “Pursuit of Happiness” (Kid Cudi cover)
Covers are a dime a dozen, especially in the world of Youtube and Garageband. This one, however, I feel is one of those covers that is better than the original. Lissie offers much more depth and emotion in her version. I love her style. She’s got that “Yeah, I might look like a plain Jane from next door, but cross me, and you’ll end up crossing yourself” look.
